Do you ship to my state?
We ship to all U.S. states except Utah and Delaware. If you're located in any of the other 48 states, you're good to go! At checkout, you'll be notified if there are any shipping restrictions based on your address. If you have questions, just reach out—we're happy to help.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery, this is required by law for all alcohol shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible to avoid missed deliveries.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on the way. During extreme heat or cold, we may hold your wine to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to alcohol shipping regulations, we’re unable to accept returns of wine. That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s something off with your wine, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
If the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your package may be returned to us. If this happens, reach out and we’ll work with you on the next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
