A sparkling riff on a Euro favorite, this one’s minty, floral, and just the right amount of extra. It’s what you serve when your crowd wants a “something different” moment.


Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • Top with Sko Bubbs Sparkling Brut


How to make:

  1. Gently muddle mint and lime juice.
  2. Add elderflower liqueur, fill with ice, top with Sko Bubbs, and stir.

Infuse a batch of elderflower + mint + lime ahead of time. Store in a bottle and just add Sko Bubbs over ice to serve in seconds.
