Ingredients:
- 5–6 sprigs chopped mint
- ½ oz St. Germain
- Lots of ice
- 4 oz (or more) Sko Bubbs Sparkling Wine
- 1 oz seltzer water
How to make:
- Build over ice in a tall glass.
- Give her a good mix and sip away.
